Bloodstained Fangs Prologe

The loud blaring bass of a stereo echoed through the normally quiet neighborhood as another out of control teen party was in motion.  Two buddies stumbled out of the front door, shouting their slurred goodbyes.

"Dude!  This has got to be the best party, like ever!" The guy on the left said, flipping his greasy blond hair to the side.

"I know, Justin!  Hottie McHot Hot Rachel Foley was there!  Did you see that tube top she was wearing!?" The dude on the right said, laughing.  The two continued to walk down the street, clumsily.  

"Yo, Leo!  Is that a moving van…or something?" Justin asked.  Leo raised his head and saw a moving van…parked outside the old Devoir's place.

"Whoa…someone is gonna move into that creeper place?"

"Yeah, isn't that supposed to be…haunted or something?"

"Ghosts are not real, dumb ass." Leo said, smacking Justin upside the head.

"But I heard stories, man.  I heard the old man that lived there went crazy and hacked up his family with a knife, and then slit his own throat!" Justin said, as a shiver went up his spine.

"Dude, you are too wasted.  I'm telling you, nothing is wrong with that house!"

"Wh-whatever, man.  I'm just saying there is some serious mojo going on with that place," Justin muttered.

"OK, your house is only a block away.  You go on ahead and I'll see if this place is really 'creeper,'" Leo said.

"W-will you be alright?"

"It's a house, Justin.  It's not gonna kill me," Leo said, rolling his eyes.

"Oh, Ok…Just call me is serious shit goes down," Justin said.  He started walking on his own.  Leo waved him off, and then looked back at the house.  Justin was right about one thing: freaky stuff did happen at this house.  No one sane would buy this house.  He shrugged and started to walk off, when something in the back of his eye caught his attention.  A girl that looked older than him was leaning against the gate to the house.  Her skin was alabaster white, hair was a pale blond and her eyes were a powder blue.  

'Jackpot!  Hot babe alert!' He thought, as a smug grin crept onto his face.  He sauntered over to the girl, about to make his move.  

"Ya know, it's dangerous for a babe like you to be out here all by yourself."  The girl turned to look at him.

"Dangerous?  Why ever do you think that?" She asked, her voice soft and almost haunting.  Leo smirked and hovered over her.

"There can be some creepy dudes out there trying to take advantage of pretty ladies like you."  

The girl just gazed up at him.  Her blue eyes felt like they were piercing Leo's soul.

"I believe that you are the one that could be in danger," she whispered.  

Leo blinked in confusion.
  
"The heck you are talking about?"  The girl smiled wickedly.  

"You don't know anything about me.  How do you know I could be the dangerous one?"  She asked.  Leo then felt his body go numb.  He couldn't move his arms or legs.  She got closer to him, their bodies touching.  "How do you even know?"  

She reached up and touched his cheek.  Her touch was icy cold.

"M-man, I like kinky babes," Leo stuttered, still trying to grin.

"Oh, I'm not kinky.  Just…hungry."  Before he could react, Leo felt a sharp and blinding pain in his neck.  The only thing passing his lips was a panicked cry, and then silence.

Miyuki dropped the male to her feet when she was done with him.  Warm, crimson blood tricked down her lips and cheeks.  She leaned back against the gate, panting softly.  She wrinkled her nose in disgust.

"Ew, he was drunk.  That taste is gonna be in my mouth all night," she muttered.  However, she had a sad look in her eyes.

"So, by the look on your face, I'm guessing that wasn't him?" Miyuki perked up as she looked to her left and saw her eldest sister, Mai standing there.  She shook her head.

"No, not even close," she whispered.  Mai let out a sigh.

"You will find him, Miyuki.  But tasting the blood of every male in this city isn't the way."  She looked to the sky.  "It will be dawn soon.  We must revert to our human forms soon.  You have school."
Miyuki rolled her eyes.  "I'll be in soon," she said.  As quickly as she appeared, Mai disappeared into the shadows.  Miyuki looked to the stars.

"I know I will find you, Saion.  We will be reunited one day," she whispered.  Soon, she too disappeared into the night.
